My name is Carson Clark. I am proud to call Victoria, BC, my hometown, where my love for technology blossomed from an early age. Blessed to turn my passion into a profession, I’m an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and a Systems Analyst for the Ministry of Attorney General. Before that I had worked as both an IT Support Analyst at Reliable Controls & a Computer Technician at Mother Computers. With a lifelong dedication to technology, I’m super grateful to leverage my expertise for the benefit of our community.

What are your prices?

Where are you located?
Currently my associate and I work out of our apartment at 1400 Quadra st. We also do outcalls and remote work, depending on whichever you prefer!
What if you can’t fix my issue?
No fix, no fee. That simple.
How do the remote services work?
Our technicians will call you personally to help walk you through the connection process. After the remote connection has been established you are free to either watch the technician perform the work, or go about your day until we are done! At the end of each remote session you will get a detailed log of everything done to your machine.
I don’t see the service I want listed?
We offer a multitude of services, far too many to list here, so just ask us and we’ll let you know if we can assist. If we cannot, we will refer you to someone who can!
Do you work with Apple products?
Yes! We are Apple Certified and we love Apple products!
Do you build gaming PCs?
Yes! We build all kinds of computers for a wide variety of purposes including high end gaming PCs!
Do the remote services cost less?
Yes! Because it takes up less of our time (commuting/paying for gas) we apply a 10 percent remote discount!
